Box Alarm 1-1 Car Fire with Exposure

At 11:23 PM Dorchester Central dispatched units for A STRUCTURE FIRE (car fire with exposures) at 2556 SOUTHSIDE AVE in the Cambridge 1-1 Box Area. Chief 1 (Adam Pritchett) arrived on location with 1 vehicle well involved less than 5' from the structure and established command. Engine 1-3 arrived on location and made an aggressive attack with 300' of attack line to extinguish the car fire. Tower 1-1 & Talbot Station 30 units checked the structure for fire extension and ventilated with PPV (Positive Pressure Ventilation) Fan. At 12:24 PM with the situation under control command was terminated and all units were placed in service without incident.
