And the 1st thing he does as an active member is leave his gear on the 1st due engine for someone else to take care of....... lol

Last night the Officers & Members welcomed Shyheim Dawson as an Active Members of Rescue Fire Company Inc. This accomplishment takes A great deal of sacrifice on the part of the member, taking classes, obtaining certifications, attending trainings, etc... most of which occurs at night and on weekends. Shyheim dedicated over 5 years to Rescue Fire Company Inc. (The City of Cambridge, Dorchester County MD) to achieve this status taking time away from family, friends and events. In the midst of all this Shyheim also served on committees and held positions (Asst. Secretary, Secretary, Asst. Treasurer) and if that wasn't enough he is also A Top 10 Responder averaging over 250 calls per year. Job Well Done Brother! Welcome Aboard.....
