Rescue Box 46-4 "Motorcycle Collision"

At 1231hrs Dorchester Central dispatched units for A "MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION W/ROLLOVER" at 4103 GOLDEN HILL RD in the Church Creek 46-4 Box Area. Rescue Fire Company Chief 1 arrived on location with 2 motorcycles down in A Head/On style collision with multiple patients and established command. He immediately called for 2 MSP Troopers Priority 1 Category Alpha to be landed at the scene. Units (PM100, 101 & 500) arrived and started triaging taking the high priority patients first. Volunteer crews from (Rescue Engine 1-1, 46 and 56) worked together to assist in the triage process with patients care. 1 patient was transported via PM100 priority 1 to DGH in trauma arrest where he later succumb to his injuries and died, 1 patient was flown to PRMC via MSP Trooper 6 and 2 patients were transported via PM600 to PRMC priority 2. Command was terminated at 1341hrs turning the scene over to DSO for investigation and all mutual aid units were placed in service without incident.
