Rescue Box 1-8 MVC w/ Entrapment Rt50 East @ Bucktown Rd

At 1037hrs Dorchester Central dispatched units for the MVC with entrapment at Rt50 East/Bucktown RD in the Cambridge 1-8 Box Area. Chief 1 arrived on location of a 2 vehicle head on style collision with entrapment and established command. Rescue 1-1 arrived on location and made quick work of cutting 1 patient out for transport with back up from RE 1-1 & RE 61-1. PM100 requested MSP Trooper (Priority 1 Category Delta) so Command requested 1 additional Engine Company for the LZ at DGH. 1 patient was transported priority 1 via Trooper 6 to Shock Trauma & 1 patient was transported priority 3 to DGH. Crews assisted DCEMS with patient care, MSP & DSO with traffic control and cleaned up the roadway of debris & oil. Command was terminated at 1138hrs turning the scene over to MSP and all units were placed in service without incident.
